EMF Scope ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

EMF Scope operates entirely on your device and does not:

Require an account or login
Transmit any data to external servers

Sensor Data

The App uses your device's built-in magnetometer sensor to measure electromagnetic fields. This sensor data is:

Processed entirely on your device
Never stored permanently
Never transmitted or shared
Used only for real-time EMF readings displayed in the App

Local Storage

The App stores your preferences locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This includes:

Your selected measurement unit (µT, mG, or G)
Sound on/off preference
Theme preference (light, dark, or system)
Calibration data

This data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally. You can reset this data by deleting and reinstalling the App.

Third-Party Services

EMF Scope does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

EMF Scope does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.

App Store Analytics

Apple may collect anonymized analytics data about App usage through App Store Connect. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not controlled by us. You can opt out of sharing analytics with developers in your device's Settings under Privacy > Analytics & Improvements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete. Your preferences are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
